Our Story

The Hasat Cooperative is a social ecology cooperative established in İzmir in 2024, aiming to create a trade and education model that benefits civil society and supports local producers based on regeneration, ethical values, and innovative production methods. Operating across Turkiye, Hasat collaborates with local producers and strives to preserve natural resources, promote community-based economic activities, and popularize a nature-compatible lifestyle.

Our Philosophy

Focusing on the preservation of natural resources and the enhancement of biodiversity, the cooperative promotes regenerative and circular economy practices. It prioritizes creating opportunities for women, youth, and disadvantaged groups while strengthening social solidarity. To achieve these goals, it develops projects centered on eco-friendly production methods and provides education focused on ecology, circular economy, and sustainability.
